Is the Basic plan really free?
Yes — Basic is completely free with no credit card required. It's designed for small schools just starting their digital journey. When you're ready to grow, our sales team will help you choose the right plan.
What payment structures are available?
You can pay Monthly, Termly (every school term — 3 times a year), or Annually. Annual payments come with a 20% discount. Your payment structure is agreed during the sales conversation.
Can I upgrade from Basic to a paid plan?
Absolutely. Click "Upgrade Existing School" on any paid plan, enter your School ID and school name, and our team will contact you within 24 hours to complete the upgrade without disrupting your existing data.
Do you offer discounts for NGOs and government schools?
Yes — we offer significant discounts for non-profit institutions, government schools, and institutions in developing economies. Contact our sales team to discuss.
What happens to my data if I change plans?
All your data is preserved when you upgrade or downgrade. We never delete school data during plan changes. You also own your data and can request a full export at any time.
